EA based on Double Bollinger Bands with Flexbile Money Management

Hi, 

I am looking for a complete EA with source code. 

The strategy is based on Bollinger Bands so there aren't any customer indicators. 

Long/Short entries are not initiated on breakouts of the bands like most systems but rather whenever the middle band (the moving average) is TOUCHED on a tick basis (not crossed on a bar close basis). The bands act as SL/TP and define the reentry qualification to avoid multiple entries/exits when the price oscillates around the MA (this will be explained in detail). 

The EA should work on all timeframes, for all currencies, and with ECN brokers with 5 decimals. 

Position size can be fixed or variable as a % of balance. 

The overall algorithm is not too complicated and I will fully explain with charts what is expected so I don't expect this job to be too time consuming. But I need it done well since the EA is part of a larger strategy and needs to be flawless and replicable with different parameters (I will need to use it with Keltner bands and other proprietary channels which is why I need the source code).
