HFT EA in ticks mode and API porting

Looking for HIGHLY skilled coder to develop smart HFT EA in TICKS MODE and MILLISECONDS based on VSA indicator and some others with different rules

MT4 version should then be ported into API with connection to real market data from CME or EUREX feeds

More detailed requirements will be given to successful applicant.
