BUY: WHEN 20 MA IS CROSSING UP THE ATP OR DAILY OPEN PRICE WHICH EVER IS EARLIER.
SELL: WHEN 20 MA IS CROSSING DOWN TO ATP OR DAILY OPEN PRICE WHICH EVER IS EARLIER.
