Martingale Hedging EA

I want to have an EA with this SOP :-

1. Entry buy and sell base on Moving Average < MA can be set 

2. If candle close above MA line, OP_buy, If candle Close below MA line ,OP_Sell.

3. IF let say , situation 1 :- 

a. candle close below MA,entry sell.

-every 12 pip reverse ,it will entry sell.

b. if candle close above MA, entry buy. (Hedging)

  same goes as buy, every 12 pip reverse ,it will entry buy.

4 . All entry will be execute after candle close, so the length between each layer entry are not fix.

    -if candle close >= 12 pip, OP_buy or OP_Sell . if not ,wait until next candle. 

5. There is two condition of Take profit

a. 1st entry TakeProfit is 10pip.

b. and when the new layer open, the TakeProfit will be :40%  length of (1st entry  - last entry) && profit >0                  <-is this possible?

  *40% <-- can be set
