Copy tradesa from MT4 binary broker to another Web based broker using API

i need a trade copier that can copy my mt4 based binary trades to another web based binary broker.  or a plugin that can link both binary accounts togther so that when my EA generates trades on the MT4 platform the trade can also be opened on the web based binary broker.  

note the web based binary broker has an API that i believe can be used to achieve this.
