Divergent расходящийся

Hello,

I need the following indicator.

1. Must read all the instruments offered by the broker

2. Must be in a separate graphic 

3. The indicador pairs choose will work at a time, can be one, two or more instruments at the same time.

Logic indicator

Compare with historical data the maximum difference pips and % movement of the instruments selected.   Example,  If we get, Eurusd and Gbpusd.  And Today eurusd up +0,05% 5 pips and Gbpusd up +0,10% 10 pips, WE HAVE +0,05+0,10 = +0,15% ( ALWAYS PLUS ALL VALUES)

the indicator should show it, with a grapich, % on the left and pips on the right.      15 pips left    0,15% right.  If we take 10 pairs, the same with the 10 pairs. If we have +1% and -3% plus again and = -2%

Must be calculate tick to tick, and should can view grapich indicator on all timeframes. 

So for example we should get a indicator grapich with Pips on the left, DATA on the down, and % on the right screen.
