Alert based on RSI and Bolingger Band in Tf 5minute

Dear skilled programmers i do need an Indicator/mobile alert based on RSI 3 and Bolingger Bands. price we will talk once i confirmed who will takes the job. Apart from that here is what I'm about to offer for whoever complete the task without any major problem or bugs :
