Simple line drawing indicator based on criteria

2 failed attempts from 2 different programmer to get the desired indicator working!

For every candle that closed;

1) calculate the range of the candle body;

a) for long candle, x = open, y = close

b) for short candle, x = close, y = open

This is so as to always know x is always the lower price of the candle body range, and y is always the higher of the candle body range. i do not know how to figure out how to identify whether its a short or long candle.

2) calculate value z where z = (high-low)/2 of that closed candle.

IF z is > x and < y

draw horizontal line with value z - (i would need an option to be able to choose color and line width)

delete any other horizontal line within the range of x and y that:

a) have "D1_line_xxxxx" string name AND

b) value of the line is NOT EQUALS to z

3) Please do this for D1 timeframe, and uniquely have a "string" identity "D1_line_xxxxxx" on the horizontal line when ObjectCreate.  I will want to replicate to different timeframe if this is perfected, and able to amend the codes on the "string" identity to "H4_line_xxxx". This is such that i wont delete other lines for another indicator(that i replicate) with different timeframe. 

Of cos i would need the mq4 file to be able to change timeframe so that i can replicate it.
