Ea edit 2

I have built an Ea. already had some editing done on it  and It functions ok. 

I simply want to optimized  it by getting an add-on and also getting rid of a bug.

-the bug is that if the EA is on pending order the EA places two more pending orders equaling three pending orders "eg. if a pending sellstop is waiting to be opened the EA places a new pending buy stop and another pending sell stop"  this is wrong I don't want this to continue happening anymore... 

-What should happen instead of the bug.. I want that if an order is active/open eg" a buystop order is active/opened" and there is no pending order. place an order of the opposite type "eg. place a pending sellstop order" NOT another pending buy stop order.... AND... if both a buy stop and sell stop order are both indeed activated/opened THEN WAIT "alert am waiting until an order closes its position" until one close independently to place a new pending order of the opposite type of the currently active/opened order . if a pending order is in Que and no orders are active/open create a new pending order of the opposite type " eg if there is a pending sellstop and no open/active order then create a pending buystop .

At any time I look at the Que there should only be TWO ORDERS of opposite type whether they are BOTH open or BOTH pending or ONE open and ONE pending. 

THAT SHOULD BE DONE WITHIN THE REALMS OF THE ALREADY ESTABLISHED ORDER OPEN PARAMETERS  OF THE EA.

 NOW THE ADD-ONS

-the add-on I need is an injected code to simply turn the take profit into a trailingstop and create a new takeprofit 4000 pips away and if the new take profit is met its also turned into a trailingstop and a new takeprofit is made 4000 pips away.

-inject a Text Messaging and email mailing system for status update showing balance, equity, profit  and drawdown.

I WILL PROVIDE THE CURRENT EA AFTER THIS JOB IS ACCEPTED BY SOMEONE CAPABLE.
