Modification to Breakout Box indicator

I need a modification to the "Breakout Box" indicator for metatrader 4. Please see attached image

Everday between  8:45 and 9:45 breakoutbox makes a purple box with a high low and creates profit and stop targets. 

At 9:46 the  expert should create buy/sell stops and stop losses

1. create sell stop at A

2.  create sell stop at C, stop loss at D and take profit at B

3. create buy stop at F

4. create buy stop at D, take profit at E and stop loss at C 

After 9:46 the expert should monitor profit/loss and this setting should be adjustable

1. the expert should partially close 66% of the order when it reaches within   90% of the take profit range from C to B and from D to E

Thats it. it would be nice if the expert could also show the indicator that breakout box shows so I only have to start one expert to show the breakoutbox and  carry out automated trading.
