Fibonacci Extension Levels Breakout Indicator

I have various fibs based strategies that I am looking to start to transfer into indicators firstly and then perhaps EAs if all goes as expected with the indicators. 

 Firstly I will just be using them myself but I want to move on to use them for commercial purposes and will require some sort of licencing protection added then.

 I would ideally be looking for someone I can work with on various different projects, starting with a very basic one and then moving onto others if things go well.

 I have all my strategies written up in our paid forums, if I found a good coder to work with I would be willing to give them free access to all my educational materials so they can learn my strategies and we can work on how to best code different things with them.

I do not want to go into too many details here about what I want the first indicator to do, so as to protect intellectual property , but a basic description of what it needs to be able to do is as follow; 

 Define when there has been a pull back in a trend, and draw the fibs extention  from that. 

Define when there has been a break of trend and draw the fibs from that.

Then,

Once price has closed outside of a certain fib level, signal a set up highlighting enter zone, stop loss zone and target zone, which will be defined by rules based on fibs levels.

If I am happy with the indicator, I will also want an  EA that automatically executes this trade palm.
