Simple Scalping Indicator with Popup Sound Alert and Buy/Sell Signals

My requirements as below: 

Chart Set-up:

Should work with any timeframe
 

INDICATORS:

An intra day trend following trading method, using the following indicators:

1)    10 period WMA (Weighted Moving Average) – Make the value configurable

2)    20 period SMA (Simple Moving Average) – Make the value configurable

3)    Slow Stochastic (10, 6, 6 (exponential)) – Make all the 3 values configurable

4)    RSI (28) – Make the value configurable

5)    MACD (24/52/18 (exponential)) – Make all the 3 values configurable

 
RULES:

1)    Show BUY signal (UP Arrow) below the candlestick bar when the 10 WMA crosses up past the 20 SMA and the Stochastic is signaling up (fast line above the slow line), RSI > 50 and the MACD histogram >0 and MACD averages crossed up.

2)    Show SELL signal (DOWN Arrow) when the 10 WMA crosses down past the 20 SMA and the Stochastic is signaling down (fast line below slow line), RSI<50 and the MACD histogram <0 and MACD averages crossed down.

3)    Display BUY and SELL arrow signals on the chart only between StartTime and EndTime for a predefined time zone (E.g. StartTime=1400, EndTime=0100, Timezone=GMT+0800) – Make all the 3 values configurable

4)    Pop Up an Alert box with sound when a BUY or SELL signal is triggered.

5)    The colour for both the BUY and SELL Arrows need to be modifiable based on a standard set of colours from drop down list.
 

 PLUS: Delivery will include additional Expert Advisor (EA). Rules: Enter at Buy/Sell Signal and exit (Take profit) after X number of candlestick bars. X must be configurable.
