Confirming Entry with Central Control Panel to input values for all 28 pairs

I trade Forex (currency).  I trade 28 pairs. Like an EA that allows me to input values/options for all 28 pairs in one central location for ease and speed.

EA will perform my standard entry I use with a Confirming Candle.  this is explained in the attachments and I will provide screenshots for further clarification.

EA employs a Reversal Strategy. For Example...

Long Trade:       Price must FIRST travel lower until it is 1 pip BELOW a selected price called the "Break Price" and then it can trigger a LONG trade after a Confirming Candle. A Confirming Candle for a Long Trade is a candle that closes ABOVE the previous candle, ABOVE the "Break Price" and in its TOP one-third (no long wicks on the TOP of Confirming Candle for Long Trades.)

Short Trades

Price travels Higher to 1 pip above BREAK PRICE, EA is no waiting for a Confirming Candle.  Confirming Candle for SHORT Trades, close BELOW the previous candle, close BELOW the BREAK PRICE, and in its BOTTOM one-third (no long wicks on the BOTTOM of Confirming Candles for Short Trades) 

EA considers other criteria as well that is explained in the attachments.
