I need a programmer to code a multi-strategy multi-time frame EA that I have designed.  The first step (this project) involves 6 distinct breakout triggers.  The only indicators that the strategies use are MAs, Envelopes, candlestick patterns, and Fractals.  The strategies are all comprised of 3 stages.  The first stage is the identify existing market condition, i.e. check W1 and D1 charts to identify crosses that exhibit a solid directional bias.  The second stage is to scan D1/H4 charts for emerging conditions that present favorable entry setups and price levels into the direction of the underlying bias, i.e. long and mid term bias is bullish and the previous D1 bar closed as a bullish engulfing outside bar.  Emerging conditions will then be required to establish a Price Action Confirmation price level (to confirm validity of the signal, and also a window of opportunity based on the event and the signal bar... i.e., a PAC level will be set at a distance equal to 1/2 of signal bar's length (from open to high price) beyond signal bar's high price.  This PAC level will remain valid for 3 days.  If the PAC level is breached within the window of opportunity then the long trigger window will be activated.  Once the window has been activated, the final step is to scan a lower time frame for specific triggers (let's say a MA upcross and close on the M30 or H1 time frame).  The parameter for the search will also be established such as "triggers will be accepted between the hours of 10:00-18:00 for the next 2 days".  If a trigger occurs within this window then pending stop orders will be submitted based on trigger specs. In addition to the pending stop order price level an invalidation level will also be established.  If the price breached the invalidation level before the orders are picked up, then the orders will be cancelled.  The orders will also be submitted without a specific S/L level.  Once the orders are live, a bar close below the invalidation price level will establish the S/L price... i.e., below that bar's lowest price.  Existing order management consists of TP levels, "hidden" SL level, and max life (orders will exit once max life period has expired as long as they are profitable, and time based trailing stop adjustments are utilized to protect profits while allowing the positions sufficient freedom to run... i.e., every 18 hours adjust the S/L below the 6 hour low (when more protective to do so).  Lot sizes will be determined by an the trading accounts available equity... i.e. 2% of avail equity will be risked on each trigger.

I understand that incorporating various strategies into 1 ea significantly increases the programming complexity.  The good news is that I am very familiar with all the details  and the structure of my strategies as they are already fully-functional and have been for some time in my manual trading.  So that eliminates the need to waste time in the future with wish-washy decisions explanations or because of me changing my mind or re-writing my strategies as we go.   I am flexible on the price, but not on the quality.  I am looking for an expert, confident,  highly capable, and motivated programmer.  That has experience constructing multi-tiered EAs.
