there is one important difference to the indicators before:
this indicator here does use the price change values in percent per candle
with algebraic sign.
it uses negative and positive values:
for example:
-0.22 % and +0.34 %
- define rate of change to alert ( price change in percent per candle) [ this is without algebraic sign
when here is for example value 0.22 % is defined this does mean both +0.22 % price change in percent
per candle or -0.22 % price change in percent per candle]
- if higher or lower
- define settings for stochastics indictaor
( default is 5,3,3 )
- and then there are to define two values for the stochastics
indicator between 0 and 100 . ( there is to define
a higher value for the stochastics and a lower value for the stochastics
, the higher value is used to confirm negative price changes in percent per candle
and the lower value is to confirm positive price change value ( in percent per
candle )
When there is positive price change which is higher/lower than defined price change this signal
has still to be confirmed by the current stochastic value which has to be lower than the
lower defined value of stochastic.
And when there is negative price change which is higher/lower than defined price change this
signal has still to be confirmed by current stochastic value which needs to be higher than
higher defined value of stochastic.
[ for example when there is by the user a price change in percent per candle of 0.2 %
and higher is defined . and the current price change in percent per candle is -0.2 %
the stochastics value needs to confirm this and when the current value is negative
the current stochastics value has to be higher or equal than the defined stochastics value ]
or when there is a price change in percent per candle of 1 % is defined and the current price
change is a positive of 1 % the current stochastics value has to be lower than defined lower
stochastics
