Changes to "New order " default window in MT4

Looking to modify the way the "New order" window is displayed? (screenshot)

Apart from the default data is there a way to include other variables/windows?


For example:

Text box to enter notes

Question to self: Is this position with trend/ YES/NO ( second screenshot attached)


This would be added to the box. When the user adds new position he would be able to fill few notes.

This would be editable by the user ( enter any questions he/she wants). More text boxes would be added on demand.

This would be exportable to the website via MT4 FTP.

All info/note would have to be exported.
