EA for Moving average Cross over ,RSI writer

Hi, 

I need a expert advisor to write it in individual fie for each currency pairs  when their is a Moving average cross over or RSI level cross.

For example,

in expert i can give multiple Symbols like  eurusd,usdjpy,usdchf.

when i select moving average cross over with MA values 1,10. when ever the the cross over happens in three currencies ,Expert has to write TEXT file with symbol name as file name .

File content : if upward cross ,write [Symbol,BUY].

if downward cross,write [Symbol ,Sell]

Same for the RSi,

when rsi cross above 20 ,write [Symbol,Buy]

when rsi cross below 80,write [Symbol,Sell]
