I have attached a chart that should give a good idea of what I would like to have done. I am looking to have the chart area immediately below the EMA (exponential moving average) one particular color and another above the EMA; I also would love to be able to adjust the value of the EMA and also be able to change the color values.
Should price open and close above or below the ema or vice versa, I would like to have those bars painted with a different color - TO DENOTE NEUTRALITY.
To be more technical;
1)For price bars and area above the ema value, I want to have those bars and THE AREA BETWEEN EMA AND THE BORDER FORMED BY THE COLLECTIVE CLOSE OF THE CANDLES to be set to one color
2) For price bars and area closing below the ema value, I want to have those bars and THE AREA BETWEEN EMA AND THE BORDER FORMED BY THE COLLECTIVE CLOSE OF THE CANDLES set to another color.
3) For bar extending across with open and cloes on either side vice versa of the ema period, I want those bars to have a color code.
4) The color code should extend from the ema period to the close of the individual bars [PRICE BAR 'CLOSE'...
5) If it will be possible to set color values for price bars occurring above the ema and those occurring below separately... i would much appreciate that!!
I want the COLORS IN AREAS to be in strict conformity to the boundaries of the ema value - i really do not want to see any of the color that should be below the ema above it or vice versa.
There is a tool that I have been using called the macd ma/ heiken ashi v. The problem I have with this too is that it does not calculate exactly to any particular value ema I may have on my chart.
Thanks in advance, and I will be willing to clarify in futher details should that be necessary.
