i need a indicator which calculates the statistical distribution of price change in percent which occur over time

im especially interested in the strongest and the weakest price changes ( per candle) which are statistical the rarest

ones.

the indicator must be able to discover both the 1 - 2 % of price changes in percent ( per candle) which are nearest

to 0 and the 1-2 % of price changes ( in percent per candle) which are the most distant from 0.

The indicator detects the 1 -2 % statistical rarest price changes in percent which occured in the past .

Further the indicator only takes price changes into account which take place while main trading hours which are to define by the user .
