Trend Following system

Dear sir,

I need a EA system as follows:

1. with EMA_5 and EMA_30,

    when cross up, send a signal up_trend;  

    when cross down, send a signal down_trend;       

2. can  calculate the slope of EMA. 

    when Slope > 0,   send a signal up_trend; 

             Slope < 0,   send a signal up_trend; 

3. can  determine HH,HL,LH,LL, and draw horizontal line at these HH,HL,LH,LL point.

4. can  catch signal:  Inside Bar, Pin Bar.

5. can calculate position size.

Hello guys,

 I am really appreciate that you can help me to build my EA system, but I  wonder you just say : " I can do it. " but you refuse to discuss with me. so you know what I want? 

I judge trend, level, signal all by my eyes, so it's easy to do it . but when I turn all my gut into your computer language, I encounter the problem, I don't know how to say. so I need to ask you for the solution. that is my problem. 

so anybody who want do this job, please send me your solution/advice first or we discuss in detail by email first. then I decide to choose who would be my partner. is that OK?
