Application to read data

 need an application to "read" the image at the link above and record it into an output file (txt or something):

- the image is the Net (Buy-Sell) Order

- record at the moment ( the right side of the image) , find the light, normal and heavy color area and their corresponding price level. 

- For example: Market price is the black line at the moment of recording is 1.2000, above the 1.2000 record the light orange is from 1.2100 to 1.2200, the heavy orange is from 1.2200 to 1.2300 etc...

then write into the output file:

Time, current market price 

1.2100 to 1.2200 is light orange 

1.2200 to 1.2300 is heavy orange etc...

- the application should access the website at periodic time to take the "snapshot" of the image and record the data for that time accordingly
