MQL5 custom database connection library

I am looking for a library that I can use to either connect to a webservice, or directly to a database. Need to be able to connect to both mysql and mssql databases hosted on a remote server. I can provide the databases for testing. Would ecpect example code written in MQL5.

Would expect it to connect to database.

 Run query - which will reply back with a dataset with int, double and strings .

Close Connection to database.

Would perfer connecting to webservice, since it will give me greater control on my end, but will settle for connecting straight to database.
