MT4 EA for bracket order

I Need an MT4 EA with following

1. Where i can input certain closing time of the candle which at that time EA place the bracket order, buy stop at high(SL at the low) and sell stop at low(SL at the high) of that candle  with the defined risk % in the input

2. i Can input trade close time where it will close all the  running or cancelling pending trades at that time

3.I need trailing stop function where i can input

a) trailing stop trigger RR- trailing stop will be triggered when price reach this RR
b)Trailing RR- price will  trailing behind the price when price only move that many RR every time price move that RR

4)BE  RR- SL will  be BE when price move this many RR

5)Need candle range filter(max and min value-) this is to filter if candle range is above x pips and below Y pips is only bracket orders will be placed

6)Day filter - this can avoid trading on certain days

i have an MQL5 coding for some of these functions but giving me some errors for indices , i can provide that if you want .
