Three Soldiers / Crows EA

Hi, I need you to create an EA based on the Candle Stick Pattern Three White Soldiers / Three Black Crows.

To the Signal be True the Last of the three Candles must be the Candle with highest high of the three Candles formation (for long, for short vice versa). See Picture example_1.

• TP/SL and BE Values are determined by a multiplier of the ATR value of the Candle which completed the pattern
• Further I need to filter out signals with a too small size (of the 3 candle pattern) compared to the ATR Value and a filter based on a Moving Average
• I must also be able to setup trade time and day
  
• Need to be able to have the ea running simultaneously in different charts on different symbols (magic number?)
• The entry is done by a Stop Order on Top (Long) or the Buttom (Short) of three candle formation, the order must be deleted after X Seconds. The problem is that you cant place an order at the high of the candle, when it closes at its high. So, instead if placing an order, we need to buy instantly with market, but if it closes lets say 1 point below its high, then we still cant place an order, because we are to close to the current price. This is why I need "Buy with Market when Signal Candle closes within X Points of its high"
  
• Offset for Orders (for Buys: +X Points is Higher Price, for Sells: +X Points is Lower Price)
  
• Close all trades and stop the EA once the balance or equity is above XXX Money
  
• Close all trades and stop the EA once the balance or equity is below XXX Money
• Lot size calculated by risk per trade e.g. 1% of Balance
