Live link between MT4 and Excel

 I am looking for script/EA/ to link MT4 with Excel with a live feed. I believe there use to be a DDE excel file but that is no more. I've looked at FXBlue RTD-Excel app and would like something similar. This app is only available with some forex brokers and unfortunately not with the ones I use. 

I'd like the standard fields filled, IE

Order,Time,Type,Size,Symbol,EntryPrice,S/L,T/P,CurrentPrice,Commission,Swap,Profit,Comments.

Plus 8 different moving average values.

I see this request has been asked a few times over the years, so I would like to deal with someone who has already done this for someone else.
