Develop a rest API of NinjaTrader

I am looking to develop a rest API which receives orders in TCP and execute it in NinjaTrader, the idea that we want to open and close trades on several ninja trader accounts via an API which does the following tasks:

1.      Login to NinjaTrader accounts

2.      Retrieve account information such as (balance, equity etc.)

3.      Send a trade and retrieve this information after execution.

4.      Close trades

5.      have the list of current trades.

6.      Have a list of trade histories.

This project is intended for experienced developers, because it is an advanced level of NinjaScript
