Creation of Exper Advisor from Custom Indicator in MQL4

I have a custom indicator. I need to deevlop a Expert Advisor as per the folloing conditions:

1. Inside the expert adisor, the codes must not be written targeting the Forex/Crypto Market.
2. The EA woule be targeting the Indian Stock Market (Stocks, Futures, Index, Commodity).
3. It should have the time input as per user's choice to run the EA during the day as Entry Session. and Exit Session.
4. It must have the inpputs for indicator inputs, take profit in ₹, stoploss in ₹.
5. The criteria for long entry would be the high of the buy signal candle plus a buffer in ₹ as an input. The pending order must be cancelled after n bars for which an input should be there.
6. The criteria for short entry would be the low of the sell signal candle minus a buffer in ₹ as an input. The pending order must be cancelled after n bars for which an input should be there.
7. It should have a input for max numbers of trades per day.
8. It can select Long Only / Short Only / Long & Short for the trades to take up.
9. If any order is open, in between the input exit session it must be sqaured off.
10. It should have a Trailing Stop Loss criteria. The TSL should be like once the running price goes up ₹x in a buy trade, the SL will go up ₹y and vice versa in short trade. Both x and y are user inputs.
    
11. The EA must be capable of doing backtest.
