Need simple EA to trade based on previous Candle's Close

Looking for someone to create an EA for me with the following parameter's

Open Long if previous candle is Green (candle clsoe)

 - stoploss is the previous candles Low (wick low)

Open Short if previous candle is Red (candle Close)

 - Stoploss is the previous candles High (wick high)

It doesn't need a UI per se, however I would like to be able to adjust the Trading time-frame (5 min, 15min, h1 etc..) the trade time 705, 715, 800 etc.. the Risk:Reward and the Balance percent risk

Time-Zone can be either UTC or server time, either is fine

an example would be;

Open trade based on the 5 min timeframe at exactly 7:05.00001 (Just after the 705 candle close)

Risk 1% Balance

R:R set to 1:1.5

Open Long if 7:05 candle is Green

 - stoploss is the 7:05 candles Low (wick low)

Open Short if 7:05 candle is Red

 - Stoploss is the 7:05 candles High (wick high)

OR

Open trade based on the 15 min timeframe at exactly 9:15.00001 (Just after the 915 candle close)

Risk 1% Balance

R:R set to 1:1.5

Open Long if 9:15 candle is Green

 - stoploss is the 9:15 candles Low (wick low)

Open Short if 9:15 candle is Red

 - Stoploss is the 9:15 candles High (wick high)

And yeah, just the ability to alter things myself to set different times, timeframes, risk %'s and RRs
