Scanner/Trading Panel EA for trading needed

To develop a Scanner/Trading Panel EA for trading and all the information and indicators would be provided. the indicators to be used are stated below:

Indicators

1. ATR(14)

2. Emiwealth First Confirmation

3. Emiwealth Zero-Cross

4. Emiwealth Explosion

The settings to be used on all indicators and the Trading Panel should be customizable

Trading Symbols (Current) should display automatically with the Time Frame (Current) when opened on the scanner and on the trading panel.

With the ATR(14)

All Stop-Loss: 1.5*ATR(14) value (It should be customizable) from the current market Price

One Trade to be taken, with Four Take Profit levels.

TP1: When the price reach 2.0*ATR(14) value - 50% of the profit should be taken off -(The % should be customizable)

TP2: When the price reach 3.0*ATR(14) value - 20% of the profit should be taken off -(The % should be customizable)

TP3: When the price reach 4.0*ATR(14) value - 20% of the profit should be taken off - (The % should be customizable)

TP4: Close the trade when the exit signal from exit indicator (Emiwealth First Confirmation) is given - 100% of the profit - (The % should be customizable)

Breakeven: 2.0*ATR(14) Value (It should be customizable). When the Price moves 2*ATR(14) value from Entry Price, the Stoploss should move to Entry price.

Trailing SL: 3.0*ATR(14) (It should be customizable). When the Price has moved 3*ATR(14) value away from the Entry Price, the Stoploss should start Trailing at the distance of 3*ATR(14) Value away from the current price.

Entry Point Alert(Yellow Arrow for BUY and Red Arrow for SELL)

Exit Point Alert (Gray Arrow for both BUY/SELL Exits)

RISK: 0.7% of Account Balance( It should be customizable): This should be used to calculate the Lot size.

Telegram connection and Alert to telegram app on phone( Highly necessary). All Alert signals should be sent to Telegram

Telegram Information:

a. Entry Type(BUY/SELL)

b. Symbol name/Time Frame

c. Entry Price

d. Stoploss price

e. Breakeven Price

f. Trailing Price

g. 1st TP Price

h. 2nd TP Price

i. 3rd TP price

Conditions for BUY Signal

1. On the Emiwealth First Confirmation indicator, the Green line MUST cross and closed ABOVE the red line

2. Emiwealth Zero signal must be above the zero line

3. Emiwealth Explosion: There must be two green bars below Dead Zone before the entry green bar OR a red bar MUST be above the Death Zone line

When all these signals ate met, a BUY signal should be sent to the telegram and also a BUY (Yellow) arrow should appear on the chat

Conditions for SELL

1. On the Emiwealth First Confirmation indicator, the Red line MUST cross and closed ABOVE the green line

2. Emiwealth Zero signal must be below the zero line

3. Emiwealth Explosion: There must be two red bars below Dead Zone before the entry red bar OR a Red bar MUST be above the Dead Zone line

When all these signals ate met, a SELL signal should be sent to the telegram and also a SELL (Red) arrow should appear on the chat

Exit Condition

1. BUY Exit: The RED line should cross and closed above the Green line on the Emiwealth First Confirmation

2. SELL Exit: The GREEN line should cross and closed above the RED line  on the Emiwealth First Confirmation

Please NOTE:

Trade Entry is only MANUAL

The Exit condition should be able to close the trade AUTOMATICALLY.

The exit indicator is the same Emiwealth first confirmation with same settings

Exit BUY:

1. Emiwealth First Confirmation:  the Red line MUST cross and closed ABOVE the Green line

Exit SELL

2.  Emiwealth First Confirmation:  the Green line MUST cross and closed ABOVE the Red line

Please Note: The BUY/SELL should only be entered manually by me when the alert comes to the telegram.

Close All Trade Button: It should be able to close all Trades by clicking a Close All Trade Button

The Indicators to be used would be sent to selected developer only.
