Consecutive Candle Range Zone Indicator and complementing Dashboard

Hi Developers, I'd like a Automated Zone Indicator built, accompanied by a Dashboard indicator showing me live zone re-touches like the Indicator Vault Price Action Dashboards. etc.

INDICATOR REQUIREMENTS

The zones, unlike most indicators, must be drawn on the first candle of a consecutive candle range.

Rules:

• There must be 3 or more consecutive candles for it to be deemed a valid range. The number of consecutive candles can be altered in the inputs area.
• The zone must be invalidated if touched by another candle. This is built on the notion that there are large Limit Orders at these levels, but that the orders are used up / executed or cancelled after a zone has been retouched.
• I currently utilise an indicator called Consecutive Candle Range. It identifies some of the ranges but it emphasises the end of the range too much, it is very buggy, misses some and generally could be a lot better than it is. 
• If Price breaks a zone, the zone is invalidated. I look to other draw zones.
• Continuous consecutive candles entering another zone, invalids the zone being entered. 
• The end of the range is captured by the indicator attached. The end of the range is not a valid zone but I would like a soft coloured dotted line placed (just visible to the eye and no more) and an extension of only 10 as a marker.
• A special zone, should be drawn for consecutive candle ranges that have 4 or more consecutive candles. The zone is drawn on the first every additional 3 candles created. I.e. 123, 1, 23, 1, 23, 1, 23, 1.  Special zones should have a lighter / soft colour (Green/Red).
• Zones should be transparent. I need to see price action happening in the zones.

ON SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS

• I would like clear text instructions on the right hand side of the screen in large Bold Arial font, stating the current situation. 
• Number of Pips from nearest Buy and Sell zones. 
• "Last Created Zone is a Buy / Sell Zone"
• "SELL BIAS, WAIT FOR RE-TOUCH AND SELL" "BUY BIAS, WAIT FOR RE-TOUCH AND BUY" BIAS would be based on which ever a buy or sell zone was closer to the current price. 
• GET READY, PRICE NEARLY REOUCHING BUY/SELL ZONE...I.E. price within 5 pips. Live Alert/Notification please.
• If the first candle of a consecutive candle range touches or is near a 00 line price line, add a Star to the Zone. The Dashboard should have this as well. 00 lines are represented by the Mano Rounder indicator, also attached. Same calculation / logic is required for the 00 line. 

COLOURS: BUY = LIME GREEN, SELL = RED, ORANGE = NO BIAS or MARKET CLOSED    

DASHBOARD

• Must show All symbols available at the broker (indicator input option for ignore symbol)
• All Timeframes (indicator input option for ignore individual TFs)
• Each event must have a to Symbol and Timeframe go-to button - like the Symbol Changer indicator
• There must zero delay on Touching and Nearly touching alerts - sound alert and notifications. 
• Dashboard should show re-touch and nearly retouch events only.
• Look should be similar to the Indicator Vault Price Action Dashboard idea... clear triaging of the latest events and associated information needed. On new triaged event, I would then utilise the symbol button to see the latest situation and consider whether to enter the trade based on general conditions. 
• Sort order by Most Recent Event, Symbol, Buy Zone /Sell Zone Touch, By Star Zones
