Create an indictor to show candle hi and lows

I would like someone to create an on chart indictor that will draw lines to show where candles have open and closed. I have supplied an example of how it would look on the chart.

Req:

Draw a line for the hi and low for each 15/30/hour/4 in the time span suggest (example: from 7am to 11am)

I should be able to see the lines on all time frames like the example I supplied-

I would only need it to work for the current day

I should have the option to turn on and off certain times (example: Just leave 1 hr lines on the chart and shut off all 15 minutes lines)

Add text to show time of each candle

show candle time on the lines like in the attached example
