Convert successfully tested VBA Algorithm into MT4/MQL

I have written an algorithm for automated trading in VBA (Stage 1). It has been backtested across a wide variety of markets and has delivered the results I anticipated successfully. The algo is not a high frequency strategy, so executional efficiency is less important than higher level strategic optimizational input.

I now need to convert this into MT4/MQL for Stage 2 of the project and seek a developer who can implement this Stage 

Stage 2: Go/No Go

1. Convert VBA algo to MT4/MQL
2. Demo account environment 
3. Deliverable includes
• Ability to adjust parameters for each market selected
• Ability to backtest across definable period of historic data
• Log of performance results
• Comparative analysis of performance across a variety of parameter settings to aid parameter selection (decision support)
• Creative contribution to algorithm strategy development

Converting the algorithm is a relatively simple exercise as the algo already exists. The performance logging may take a bit more time to consider and think through.

Whilst this order is for Stage 2, there is an expectation that the successful applicant will continue engagement into the future should Stage 2 be successful. The success criteria for Stage 2 are:

1. Completed conversion of the deliverables
2. Pathway to profitable performance of the automated trading strategy
3. Constructive and productive working relationship with the successful applicant.
