Need to check the License of EA via Wordpress website

I need a developer to code EA by using DLL that will communicate with a WordPress Plugin using the API of the Plugin to Authenticate the License Key of an EA.

Users after logging into my WordPress website and updating their Profile information like Name & Account number, broker, and after finalizing by Admin, the user will have EA access MT4/5 on his account.

Any Plugin in WordPress can be used for managing profile pages I am currently using Buddy Press to manage user profile data on my website and I also added some extra filed (Account, number, broker, Validation Date) that need to fill by users during registration, so the first part of data entry is ready just need to connect to EA and validation. Also, Everything needs to be done automatically except one last final check that needs to be done manually by admin. Also, the user's full name can not be editable after admin approval, and the user can only change the Account number (Demo, Real) from his profile page.

Security is very important to me, so I need the developer will also provide the source code of any DLL, EA, and any source code that needs to change in my website's WordPress 

the process is very simple :

1-User needs to register his information on my website ( this part is ready)

2-Admin needs to apply the final check for activating the date  

3-User runs the EA and it will automatically connect to my website to validate NAME/Account number/Date  

4-User only have the right to edit the Account number Demo or Real

I am also open to any other suggestions as I need to select any simple way which has very less workflow for the user.
