Telegram to MT4/MT5

I’m looking for a developer that could make an  expert advisor (EA) that will Auto copy telegram signals to MT4 account. Then have ability to adjust and manage the trade bases off the signals change in the telegram channel.

1. Read and copy trading signals posted in specific telegram channels with different format to MT4.

2. Copy all the signals included Entry Price, Multiple entry's, Stop Loss, take profit 1 and take profit 2  and trades into ea and run.

3. Read customized messages on telegram

• Customizable to signal provider format e.g Market execution, Buy/Sell stops, Buy/Sell limits etc.
• Accept close commands in signal formats (Customizable): e.g  For example e.g. Close Now, Close at Entry, Close half, TP HIT etc. (usually in reply/quote mode)
• Same SL (stop Loss) for all trade. and adjustable SL base on signal change. Move SL to break even base on signal change but to move it to our own entry price (due lagg, spread, etc) and add some extra pips to avoid comissions, etc.

4. Lot size customizable (there should be setting for lot size based on risk management, 0.25% per trade it's low risk, 0.50% it's medium risk, 1% it's high risk )
