I need a trading robot that is based on candle sticks formation, support and resistance

i need a situation, were i will do my analysis manually and draw support and resistance lines on my chart,
and the robot will trade it for me.

WHAT I WANT THE FOREX ROBOT TO DO FOR ME
1) i want the robot to identify the support and resistance lines i have drawn on my chart,
2) and the time frame to trade will be 4hr timeframe only
3) i want the robot to know when the 4hr TM candle stick closes at  support or 10pips near the support line for it to take a buy to the next resistance.(upside)
and to know when the 4hr timeframe candle closes at resistance, or 10pips near the resistance for it to take a sell to the next support line (downside)
4)i want the robot to know when the 4hr TM candle closes bullish above resistance or 10pips above resistance for it to take a buy to the up side,(to resistance)
 and to know when the 4hr tm candle closes bearish below support or 10pips below for it to a sell to the down side( to support)
5) and the global stoplose will be 22pips and global take profit will be 35pips for every trade.
6) the robot should only take trade when it sees any of the above trading opportunity or setup.

PERIMETERS WILL BE

1) TIME FILTER; robot trading time will be from 1;55am to 12pm GMT, which is 12hr a day
2) SPREAD FILTER; the robot should not trade if spread are above 5pips spread.
3) RISK FILTER : it should only risk  $80 per trade from my account
4) DAILY LOSE LIMIT; if it gets $160 lose a day,or 2 loses it should stop trading  and start again by 1;55am gmt or 15hr later(1,55am)
5) DAILY WIN LIMIT ; if it get $140 gain a day, it should stop trading and start again by 1,55am or 15hr later
6) LOT SIZE; 0.45.
7) pair to trade; GBPJPY, it should not trade any other per than GBPJPY
8)POSITIONS TO OPEN ; it should not open more than 1 position per trade
9) LOSES PER CANDLE; if it sees a trade by 2am and it happens to be a lose, it should not trade again until  6am, (which is every 4hrs interval)
10)TRAILING STOPLOSE; let it take my stoplose to my entry (BE) if the trade goes 20pips in my favor
11)GLOBAL TP&SL ; the global take profit will be 35pips and stoplose will be 22pips for every trade,
