TradingView to MT4/5 bridge needed

Looking to build a TradingView to MT4/5 bridge 

Required solution:

Software that will interact with Tradingview Alerts and forwards to EA

To have admin component to control whether someone (specific ID) with the software can access and for a specific duration

EA on MT4 and MT5 that will receive messages and open appropriate orders

Syntax from TradingView alert message:

User Id

1. long/short (required) E.G Buy/Long Sell/Short
2. Symbol name (required)
3. Stoploss (optional)
4. Take profit (optional)

risk= ( This is the amount of unit of the trading instrument )

(required parameter for ALL entry commands such as buy and sell

E.g. 6321105862869,sell,GBPJPY,risk=0.05,sl={stop},
