Need 2 Trade History EAs

I'm looking for someone to build two MT5 EAs for me:

EA 1 - on a Demo Account:

The Demo account will be trading a portfolio EA, consisting of up to 100 EAs.  As deals close, it needs to write the details of the deal out to a text file - which must at a minimum, include the Magic Number, the Profit/Loss, the date/time.

The text file will be placed in the Files folder of MQL5, but needs to be shared with a second instance of MT5 running on the same server.

EA 2 - on a Live Account:

Conceptually, the second EA, running in a second instance of MT5, needs to check the deal history in the file, for particular magic numbers (which could be up to 100), and calculate the recent trading success of the EA in the other instance of MT5 (EA1), over the last say 10 trades (needs to be an input field).

If the deal history for the Magic Number returns >50% (again needs to be an input field), then store that value in a parameter.  The existing Portfolio EA will check the value for that Magic Number at trade time, and if the value is >50% then the trade would be done, otherwise it would not trade.

I would expect this needs to be checked every time a new trade is about to be executed - so it needs to be fast.

I will need to incorporate the code for this EA into other Portfolio EAs.

Basic premise is that the Live Account Portfolio of EAs will only execute a new trade, for a particular Magic Number, if the Demo Account Portfolio of EAs has a Win rate of over 50% for a particular Magic Number.

The Demo Account Portfolio EA would be doing unlimited trades, irrespective of the trade performance.
