Need for Speeding up MA crossover script

I have a MA crossover EA with 8 different MA's of which 2 are external that I want to have run faster. 

I know that for the MA's that are build into MT5 a 3x improvement is possible and for the external indicators even a 20x improvement as a developer already has shown me but couldn't finish the job. 

The pay for this job will depend on how fast you can make it. Below you can see that these tests now in total take 2407 seconds (I have used 3 strong computers for this). 

The minimum goal for this job is to get this script 2.4 times faster (total time below 1000 seconds), of which I have a confirmation that it's possible. The reward for this will be $100. For faster times I will reward you according to the following schedule:

2.7 times faster (below 900 seconds): $125

3 times faster (below 800 seconds): $150

3.4 times faster (below 700 seconds): $200

4 times faster (below 600 seconds): $250

4.8 times faster (below 500 seconds): $300

In order to reach this, the VWMA and HMA indicators (most likely) need to be internalized into the script. It's also important that the testing time will remain the same when testing with a longer period crossover. For example, the SMA 10 crossing the VWMA 5000 should take about just as long as the SMA 10 crossing the VWMA 50. The logic of the EA should not be altered. The results of the crossovers should be exactly the same of the EA included to this job.
