EA to be developed for Metatrader 4

Hi, I am looking for a custom MT4 EA to be developed for me, price is negotiable 

Trade size:

I would like to have 2 boxes that I can input amounts into.

Box 1 allows me to manually input a percentage figure of my account balance & the second box I would like to select lot size, (only 1 of these can be selected for each trade)

Stop loss placement:

This is just for when I initially open the trade, I need it to allow me to move the stop loss to where I want after that.

I need 2 boxes the first box allows me to choose between 1 of the last 25 candles, and the second box needs me to choose either the open, close, high or low of the candle selected in the first box.

Take profit 2 boxes

This allows me to choose from either 1-10 times the ratio of the stop loss

Standard 1 click BUY & SELL buttons

A button to close 50% of the trade volume, there needs to be a list of all open trades so I can select which one I would like to close 50% of the volume

A button to close all open trades

A button that gives me the option of automatically close one of my open trades at the close of the current candle

There should be a maximum of 6 trades open at once

Please see EA pad tab for the lay out design I would like to have, I would also like this placed on the left had side of the chart.

I need the EA to take a screen shot of the chart on trade entry and trade exit.

I would like to have the option to choose which options are active (I can set them to true or false in the inputs tab)
