On the previously closed 1 hr and/or 4hr candle Draw a line (alert trigger line) at the lowest AND highest price of that candle. If price touches this trigger line during the current 1 hr and/or 4 hr candle l want an alert sent to my phone saying the pair, the timeframe what and level of the candle it touched.

AUDUSD 4 HOUR LOW BREAK
once the alert is hit, I want the line to stay there until a new 1hr/4hr candle opens which it will then remove the current lines draw a new high/low trigger line based on the previous candle. Alert will only go off once for each trigger line during that period.
other requirements
-If I change the timeframe it will still work no matter what timeframe it’s on.
-It will only send an alert if the server time is between trading periods I set as per input settings
-have the active trading session times written on the chart (see examples)
-if both “1hr trigger line” and “4hr trigger line” set to true then there will be four trigger lines drawn on the chart. Two for the previous 1 hr candle and two for the previous 4hr candle.
