New Multi Timeframe Trend Continuation EA for MT4

Hi I'm Jordan, I am looking for a developer with good english understanding to create a EA that executes market orders. It will need multiple take profit targets, with a stop loss that moves to break even once a TP has been hit(not a trailing stop). It will need to take a directional bias from the 4hour chart, and look for entries on the 1m chart. Below is entry requirements for long positions. 1) 4h price above 9ema. 2) 1m 50ema below 200ma. 3) 1m 9ema below 50ema. 4) 1, 2 and 3 will need to remain live as the robot would look for 3 or more consecutive lower lows. 5) enter on the candle open when 1, 2, 3 and 4 requirements have been met. For short positions it's opposite, so 4h price below the 9ema. 1m 50ema above 200ma. 1m 9ema above the 50ema, whilst looking for 3 or more consecutive higher highs. The ability to optimise risk%, max open orders, SL distance, TP1 distance, TP2 distance and consecutive lower lows or highers highs will need to be available. Attached is an example of a long positions entry with with 2 consecutive lower lows, where price in fact made the same low. (when price creates the same low or high, the robot would not reset the tally, instead keep the tally as it was. As is the case in attached file.) So for example, if there are 2 consecutive lower lows the tally would be 2, then the 3rd candle closes the same low as the second candle, the tally of consecutive lower lows would remain 2.
