EA based on Heikin Ashi bar charts and multiple timeframes

Hello, can someone create an EA based on Heikin Ashi candlesticks which can close my manual opened trades after the formation(closing) of an opposite candlestick (A candlestick of opposite color). The EA should be compatible with VPS and function without dll. Actually, if my opened trade is profitable, I want the EA to follow the trend based on the Heikin Ashi candlestick color and close that manual trade after the closing of a candlestick of a different color to the trend. The EA should also be able to apply that rule to the timeframe that I will choose. Finally, the EA should have an option to select the minimum number of bars or candlesticks of the same color from which the rules mentioned above can be applied. The EA should have an option for smoothing the bars or candlesticks(smoothed Heikin Ashi). Thank you.
