Hello everyone, i buy an EA with the licence. My problem, when it open position, its auto lots in %.... for 10 000 open 0,4 lot.... for 5 000 open 0,2 lot, but i cant change the parameters

I would like change %... i dont have mql4 folder, only ex4. I dont know if its possible. 

And second thing, i would like use the indicator "forex factory  economic calendar  with this EA, and turn off trading at least 01hour before making sure to close all trades and re open after 1 hour.
