Alert/notification indicator or sciprts when moving average or price condition matches

 ..I need audio alert/mail alert when the below moving average or condition matches in M15 Time frame and it should alert for all currency pairs major + cross currency pairs

1.H1EMA(21) = M15SMA(200)

2.H4EMA(2) = H1 EMA(21)

3.H4EMA(2) = H4 EMA (21)

4.Price = M15 SMA(200)

5.Price = H1 EMA (21)

6.Price = H4 EMA (21)

7.H1 EMA(3) = M15 EMA (21)

I should be able to turn on or off any of on any of 7 Conditions  and If I don't want to have alert of H1 EMA(3) = M15 EMA (21) then I should be able to disable any of these.
