Robot from 2 indicators

i need an ea that works on 2 indicators.

one indicator is an arrow

the other indicator is a peak and we need the input to edit about the power of the signal

i need

2 martingala. (means first grid of martingala than a second martingala that start after a determinated trades. Example 1.3% lot of exponent with 1.2 pip multi and manual pip step. After 10 trades opened, will start the second martingala with 1.5 lot exp and 2pip step multi and manual pip step)

i need also the option to don t use the martingala. so manual management with lot size and tp1 tp2 tp3 tp4 traiiling and breakeven and to close the signal after next arrow and next peak is coming

for the fact that will be use on all the pairs, i need a setting that calculate how many pairs have trades opened, and in case don t open more that 3-4-5 pairs for time
