Alert for Consecutive Red/Green Candles

Hello Coders,

I am please looking for an indicator that will give me an alert when there are 3 consecutive red bearish candles or 3 consecutive green bullish candles.I am trading a 10 min pull back stategy and these are the rules:

1. Check Forex Factory Calender to make sure that we are not going to get ambushed by some High Impact News.
2. Chart must be on 5 minute (M5) time frame.
3. Ichi Moku Monitor must be showing 13 or more ARROWS in the same direction. Obviously 16 out 16 Arrows all in the same direction is PERFECT. 13 is the minimum.
4. 77-62-24-9 EMA must be clearly above or below the 200 EMA, but must be in the same direction as the Ichi Monitor Arrows.
5. At least one of the markets for the currencies being traded must be open.
6. Anytime we get a doji candle in the count of our 3 pullback candles, the count is cancelled and must be started again from the first next pullback candle.
7. If the 9 EMA crosses the 62 EMA before 3 consecutive pullback candles have formed, the trade is cancelled.
8. Anytime, a pullback candle touches or breaks through the 200 EMA, the potential trade is cancelled. Obviously if it breaks through the 200 EMA, then it wont be in the same direction as the Ichi Arrows, so this disqualifies a trade. When it is touching, this is too close for comfort, so why bother. It could very easily break through. Wait for a better set-up.

Is it possible to create an alert for all these conditions i.e for a sell signal, 3 consecutive red candles , 13 or more arrows on Ichi Moku Monitor (which I am attaching here), 77-62-24 and 9 EMA below the 200 EMA?
