Telegram to mt4 copier needed

I am looking for someone with a ready made telegram to mt4/5 copier. 

I need one that can be adjusted the signal format on the setting section of the bot and NOT inside the source code. 

Users should be able to use this feature on their own so that I wont have to update every channel in the source code.
