Preciso de um desenvolvedor para o seguinte algoritmo.

Algoritmo: Atuar na compra e venda
Entrada: quando o candle fechar fora das bandas de bollinger de X períodos, colocar uma ordem no book no preço de fechamento do candle que fechou fora.
Obs: a ordem deve ser cancelada caso o preço atinja a média antes da ordem ser executada.
Saída: A saída será sempre na média de X períodos, porém a ordem só pode ser colocada após o fechamento do primeiro candle após a entrada.
Posso explicar melhor mostrando na minha tela caso necessário. VEJAM AS IMAGENS ANEXADAS.
Este robô terá limite de horário, o mesmo só abrirá operações até as 12h (GMT -3:00) e o limite de operações por dia é de no máximo 2. Ou seja, Caso seja 12:05 e ele tenha feito apenas uma operação, ele não fará mais nada naquele dia.
