Necesito crear indicador basado en Volumen

Good morning, I need an expert / indicator, that only sends an audible alert (with the asset's name, CFD, Commodities, Metals, etc.), and also alerts to my cell phone, telegram and email. Strategy conditions: 1- detect a candle of the volume indicator, transmitted by my broker, (I use the indicator that comes by default in MT4, red and green candles), exceeds in size by a percentage (%) that I establish (modifiable parameter), with respect to the previous candle (volume). 2- a) for bullish, the green candle of the market price must be higher than the previous candle by a percentage that I establish (modifiable parameter). b) for bearish, the red candle of the market price must be higher than the previous candle by a percentage that I establish (modifiable parameter). 3- That Three EMAs that I establish (modifiable parameters) are crossing the price, or below that green price candle (bullish alert), or that the EMAs are crossing the price, or above the red candle (bearish alert ). General condition: That I can establish (modifiable parameter) the time range (hours from 00 to 24 and combinations), as well as the different time frames. Buen día, necesito un expert/indicador, que sólo envíe una alerta sonora (con nombre del activo, CFD, Commodities, Metales, etc), y alerta también a mi celular, télegram y correo electrónico.

Condiciones de la estrategia:

 1- detectar una vela del indicador volumen, trasmitido por mi bróker, (utilizo indicador que viene por defecto en la MT4, velas rojas y verdes), supere en tamaño en un porcentaje (%) que yo establezca (parámetro modificable), respecto de la vela (volumen) anterior.

2- a) para alcista, la vela verde del precio del mercado debe ser mayor que vela anterior en un porcentaje que yo establezca (parámetro modificable).

    b) para bajista, la vela roja del precio del mercado debe ser mayor que vela anterior en un porcentaje que yo establezca (parámetro modificable).

3- Que Tres EMAs que yo establezca (parámetros modificables) estén cruzando el precio, o por debajo de esa vela verde del precio (alerta alcista), o que las EMAs están cruzando el precio, o por arriba de la vela roja (alerta bajista).

Condición general:

Que yo pueda establecer (parámetro modificable) el rango horario (horas de 00 a 24 y combinaciones), como también sea cambiable los distintos time frame.
