Need programmer to convert Telegram alert signals in to an EA that automates and manages orders in mt5

These are my trading signals from telegram.

1. send signals to mt5

- symbol

- order type buy/sell

-entry at 

-take profit at

-stop loss

2. After each trade I would like MT5 to send a message to my personal telegram page to tell me what trade has been placed.

3. Send a message to my personal telegram account when the take profit or stop loss has been met.

4. An option to close all trades if account goes past a percentage. for example if trade losses for the day are at 5% for the day then no more trades.(percentage adjustable). Or, for example losses exceed 5% then close all trades (percentage adjustable).

5. Make a total of all my wins and losses for each day and send it to my personal telegram account
